Do you fly ? 2 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Just wondering if you fly, or are part of a support team or just an interested spectator

I am a three a flyer (Stinger .50 from Gohbee Aviation : And I fly a T-Rex 450 SE From Align RC).And I am a support team member of Gohbee Aviation. Last but not I LOVE(interested spectator) to watch other people fly their birds all the way from the 8 1/2" rotor disk microns and other minis to biger than .90 size machines like LM ODYSSEYS and Bergen Turbines/Gassers/Camera Ships and EVERYTHING in between !!!!!

Honeybee FP, on the third frame.

Trex XL CDE under the tree with all the goodies to get it in the air. Added about another $300 in parts, tools needed, etc.

Looking forward to moving into CP, tired of negotiating with the wind to get my HB back. Ready to change the pitch and say. "Come on down!"

Great site guys, probably wouldn't have bothered to look if Eeky hadn't had his build post attacked on RCForums.

Thanks for your contributions to the hobby.

Randy,
I'm sure the T-Rex will be a nice step up for you. Eeeeky loves the 450 sized electrics. He can test a bit in the house, but they're big enough to deal with a little wind. And he can fly at the city park behind our house without annoying the neighbors.

Thanks for your kind words about the web-site. As time and funding allows, we are adding information about the things we have first-hand experience with. So the site may not have new content every day, but we're trying to make sure what is there is decent quality, and with high quality photos.

I actually had a little buddy box time last weekend on the Hawk, so I'm really looking forward to flying that without Eeeeks help.
Its terrible to own two helis, and NOT be able to fly either one !

Hey Gary,
Glad to see the family approach. My thumbs are also working on their 50th year. Always had an interest in Heli's, my Dad was a Huey and Cobra crew chief in the Viet Nam era.

I should probably give way to scale and put a smile on Dad's face, but CP is calling. Once that extra control is added to my skills, sure is going to be hard not to invert.

This is truly an addiction. Thanks for the Hawk build info. My thoughts are that anything beyond 450-500 size needs to be nitro. Besides, would like to hear a little more roar than whine! There's a Century in my future.

My son (22) flew my Father-in-laws Air Hawg plane a few weeks back. Had a ball! We had to do a few rescues from the pine trees in the yard, but nothing that a soccer ball thrown multiple times couldn't recover. He has a F-16 Falcon Air Hawg under the tree.

Again, thanks for sharing, nice to read the bad (?), mistakes in any case with the good. We all make them and if we are savy, learn from each other.
