Hey, I thought it might be interesting to see where everyone lives or flys.

Attach a Google Earth placemark and we can all share. I'll start, heres our flying field, the old Roosevelt City Airport.

If you Don't have Google Earth loaded, you should try it out, its GREAT!. Heres a link to the same image using Google maps instead.

And here's the closest thing I have to a picture of it. Maybe someone else can help with an Aerial Photo of it ???

Well, I happen to have an aerial photo of the flying site. Just the south end of the runway shows, and one of the model flyers returning from home after forgetting something [or so I think]!
The runway is very rough for small wheels, but also very long.

Aerial pix of our flying site.
One end of the old runway we use for a flying site.
Thats Gary in the truck returning with something he forgot the first trip out.
Our runway is rough for small wheels, but plenty long.
